Terms

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These are website terms and a plain-English summary of standard project principles. Every paid project should still have a written scope/quote confirming the exact deliverables, timescales and any project-specific terms.

Website information

Information and prices on this website are provided in good faith and may be updated. A project is not booked until the scope, price and payment arrangements are confirmed directly by Farinós Fusion.

Project scope

The agreed quote or scope defines what is included. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately. Website package page counts refer to the agreed build and do not automatically include ecommerce, booking, membership, complex integrations or paid third-party services.

Payment

For standard website-build projects, the normal payment structure is a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before launch, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

Revisions

Packages include the revision rounds stated on the website or in the quote. A revision round means a consolidated set of reasonable amendments to work already within the agreed scope. New pages, new functionality or major changes in direction may require a revised quote.

Domains, email, hosting and third-party services

Recurring costs such as domain registration, professional email, hosting, premium software, payment processing and other external services are separate unless expressly included. Costs and ownership arrangements will be made clear before anything is purchased on a client's behalf.

Ownership and handover

The intended model is that clients retain ownership/control of their domain, business content and core business accounts. Final project files and access arrangements are handed over as agreed once outstanding project charges are paid. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.

Client-supplied material

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use text, photographs, logos, trademarks and other material they supply. Farinós Fusion may decline to publish material that appears unlawful or clearly infringes another party's rights.

Search engines and business outcomes

SEO foundations can improve how clearly a website is structured for search engines, but no particular Google ranking, level of traffic, lead volume, sales result or other commercial outcome is guaranteed.

Portfolio use

Completed public-facing work may be shown in the Farinós Fusion portfolio or marketing unless the client asks to opt out.

Liability and availability

Websites and third-party services can occasionally experience outages or changes outside Farinós Fusion's control. Any specific service levels or ongoing maintenance obligations apply only where separately agreed.
