The launch pilot includes a planning call and simple interview outline, up to two hours at one location with one speaker, one edited 45–60 second introduction film and two short vertical cuts from the same footage. Captions, your logo and one round of edit revisions are included.

Preparing for the shoot
Choose a quiet space and allow time for the speaker to settle in. Bring a few talking points rather than a long script. Supporting shots can show your premises, process, products or working environment during the agreed session. Flag background noise, privacy requirements and anything that cannot be filmed during planning.
Delivery and additional work
Final formats, usage rights, music licensing, travel and the delivery date are confirmed in the quote. Animation, additional speakers and extra locations are quoted separately. Raw footage is not included unless agreed. A website background film and an interview-led introduction serve different purposes; we can discuss which fits your page.
